Who you're buying from

This shop is run by Will Perry (perrys.pics), an independent photographer. Questions about an order are always welcome through the contact form.

The prints

Pieces are open-edition, fine-art giclée prints, made to order. Each image is shown in full and never cropped to fit a size. Screens vary, so slight differences between what you see on your device and the finished print are normal and aren't considered a fault.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your region's currency (USD, GBP, or EUR) and include any applicable taxes such as UK/EU VAT, with shipping included. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe, and your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Making & shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by my print partner to the US, UK, and Ireland, typically arriving within 5–8 days. Risk and ownership pass to you on delivery. Returns, replacements, and refunds are covered in the Returns & Refunds policy.

Copyright

All images remain the copyright of Will Perry. Buying a print is for personal display only — it doesn't transfer any right to reproduce, resell, or use the image commercially.

Liability & your rights

Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights, including those of buyers in the UK and EU. Where the law allows, my liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
